Routaroo Terms of Use
Last updated: September 9, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Routaroo, an independent, founder-led early-stage product that is currently under active development. By using Routaroo, you agree to these Terms.
1. Family and Guardian Use
Routaroo is designed for a parent or guardian to create and supervise a family account. Parents and guardians are responsible for deciding which quests, rewards, profile details, and permissions are appropriate for their family. Children should not create independent accounts or submit contact information directly to Routaroo.
2. Early-Stage Service
Routaroo is being developed and tested. Features, availability, supported platforms, pricing, and data formats may change as the product is improved. We may suspend or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product development.
3. Quests, Stars, and Rewards
Quests, stars, balances, badges, and rewards are family-defined motivational tools. They are not currency, stored value, a bank account, an investment, or a promise of payment by Routaroo. A parent or guardian is responsible for creating, approving, changing, and fulfilling any real-world family reward.
4. AI-Assisted Weekly Summaries
Routaroo may use aggregate habit activity to draft weekly summaries and conversation prompts. AI-generated content may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed by a parent or guardian. It is informational and is not medical, psychological, educational, or professional advice. Routaroo does not use this feature to diagnose a child, infer a personality, or recommend punishment.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use Routaroo for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive activity;
- attempt to access another family account or data without permission;
- interfere with the service, probe for vulnerabilities, or bypass access controls;
- upload malicious code or use automated traffic that unreasonably burdens the service; or
- misrepresent Routaroo stars or rewards as financial products or obligations of Routaroo.
6. Ownership and Permission to Use
Routaroo and its original software, visual identity, text, and product materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable permission to use the service for personal and family purposes. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Routaroo materials.
7. Privacy
The Routaroo Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, how it is used, and the choices available to you. Please review it before using the service.
8. Disclaimers and Responsibility
Routaroo is provided on an “as available” basis during active development. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every feature or AI-assisted output will be error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the product changes. The date above will be updated when material changes are made. Continued use after an update means you acknowledge the revised Terms.
